Your health is the most important thing to us. We understand that you have probably already spent much time and money looking for solutions to your problem, which is why we put a premium on your time and resources. During your initial consultation with Dr. Sanders, he determines whether or not to accept your case. If we feel we cannot help you, we promise not to waste your time and money. Dr. Sanders will be forthcoming and honest about this and help you find the right course of action. If we can help you, an extensive examination and diagnostics will be performed to find the cause of your health problems. After Dr. Sanders carefully analyzes your exam and diagnostics, he will create a customized, specific treatment plan according to your individual situation. Nothing we do in our office is cookie cutter style. Every single patient has different issues, injuries, and body structure. This is all taken into account in your individual treatment plan.

It is Dr. Sander's goal to get you the best results in the shortest amount of time. We use consistency and frequency to get the most positive changes to repair your body and get you relief from pain while increasing your health and quality of life. Generally, the restoraton and healing of your body is broken up into 3 phases:

Phase 1: Relief In the beginning of the treatment we are focusing on reducing your pain levels. After all, it makes everyone's life better when the pain goes away. When your pain is decreasing you begin to heal and it makes everything that we do from here on out respond more positively. This phase takes anywhere from 1 day to 4 weeks.

Phase 2: Correction and Stabilization Now that your pain is decreasing, we can begin working on correcting and stabilizing your body and spine. The more stability and strength you have, the longer you feel better and the less likely you are to have these problems return in the future. In addition, during this phase we help you repair any damaged tissues that may be present. At this point, we are treating the cause of your health problem and not just the symptoms. This phase of care lasts from 2 weeks to 1 year depending on the severity of your situation.

Phase 3: Maintenance/Wellness All the hard work has been done. You've put in a lot of time and effort into getting fixed and improving your health and quality of life. To maintain optimal health and wellness, we recommend that you get a quick checkup periodically in order to catch any small problems before they turn into something more serious. Often, Dr. Sanders can find problems before you even begin to feel them or notice symptoms. Basically, with your body fully healed, it is important to come in for periodic adjustments as a preventative measure to maintain optimal health and wellness.
